This Cancellation Policy explains when and how orders placed on the Phulkario marketplace can be cancelled. It is read together with the Refund & Return Policy.
1. Cancellation by the customer
Before dispatch: You may cancel a confirmed order any time before it is marked dispatched, from your account orders page or by contacting support. A full refund is issued.
After dispatch: Once an order is dispatched it generally cannot be cancelled; you may instead use the return/replacement flow (where eligible) after delivery.
Custom-stitch / made-to-measure: Custom orders can be cancelled only before the boutique begins cutting/stitching. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable, because the item is made to your specification.
2. Cancellation by the boutique or platform
An order may be cancelled by the boutique or by Phulkario if:
the item is out of stock or cannot be fulfilled within the committed time;
pricing or listing errors are detected;
the delivery address is unserviceable;
payment fails verification or fraud is suspected.
You will be notified and any amount already paid is refunded in full.
3. Refunds for cancellations
Refunds are processed to the original payment method via the payment processor (Razorpay).
Pre-dispatch and platform/boutique-initiated cancellations are refunded in full.
Timelines for the amount to reflect depend on your bank/payment provider and are typically 5-7 working days after the refund is initiated.
4. How to cancel
Open Account → Orders, select the order, and choose Cancel if the option is available, or contact support@phulkario.com with your order number.
